The Maryland Renaissance Festival, held annually in Crownsville, Maryland, transforms the area into a vibrant 16th-century village called Revel Grove. It features a cast of over 200 entertainers, including jousters, musicians, comedians, and artisans, creating a lively atmosphere with multiple stages, taverns, and a 3,000-seat jousting arena. The festival also includes over 140 craft shops, 42 food and beverage emporiums, and 5 taverns, offering a wide array of handcrafted goods and delicious food and drinks.
